Assaggi is a delicious Italian restaurant in Bethesda, MD. Famous for it's Mozzarella Cheese, It is a nice place to go for a fancy dinner. The service is great, and the food doesn't take long. There is an open kitchen to observe the chefs at work. To start off my meal, I had warm bread with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese. Then, I ate the Garganelli Pasta with bolognese sauce. To finish it all off, I had the upside down apple tart with vanilla ice cream, which was excellent. I recommend this restaurant.
